What's up everyone! Our final match of the year is just under a month out. We've been quiet for a bit, so we figured we should give a rundown of what exactly the Season Finale will look like.
This match will be 9 stages with total round count of 98. Check in opens @ 0830 and the safety brief @ 0930 sharp. We will have 100yd zero board and targets at 600 & 1000 yards up during check in. However, shooters will be expected to shoot the skills stage COLD immediately after they check in. Only after shooting the skills stage, may you use the zero board & targets. The skills stage is the 9th stage. If you do not shoot the skills stage prior to using the zero board or targets, you will receive a stage DQ for it. So plan accordingly.
The squadding will be a little different then how we usually do it. There will be no suppressed only squads. In ordered to keep conditions as fair as possible and in the spirit of friendly competition, we will be squadding based of your season rank with 1 or 2 random / unqualified shooters mixed in with each squad. It will look similar to this; Shooters #1-#5 +2 randos, #6-#10 + 2, #11-#15 + 2, #16-#20 + 2, and so on.......
We will be doing everything at the range, trophies, payouts, & etc. I will have to total the final standings for A,B, and Practical payouts post match. So, we will be having a local BBQ place cater a meal out of their food truck. This meal is included in the match fee. If you are planning on attending the match, please do us the favor and don't wait until the last minute to register so we can have a decent head count for them to plan meals for.
